When should I have my trial?
You should have your trial when ever you are ready to. I like to tie in one of your trials with a dress fitting where possible so you can get the best idea on how you will feel on the day. It’s also really nice and all of my of brides like to make a day of it. However this is sometimes not possible so I would recommend that we do a trial at least 5 weeks before your big day to allow for any change of mind, or any additional services you may need have done, i.e. colour/cut, the option for extensions, Brazilian blow dry, etc.
What do I do if I don't like my trialFirst of all do not panic is quite normal to feel worried and anxious and we will work together to get exactly what you are happy with, and I will make sure you look and feel amazing on your big day.
Can I contact you easily? I am always around and will normally reply via email within 12 hours, as soon as I see them I will reply straight way. Here we can arrange a call time or FaceTime if you would like. Or visit my contact page.
How soon do I need to book?Ideally book as soon as you know when you are getting married so that we can arrange a trial.
Do you need a deposit?
A £20 non refundable per person booking fee is required for a trail which is then taken off the total balance. On the trail if you would like to book for your day I ask that 50% is paid and then One week before your big day full payment is required.
Do I have to book at my trial?No not at all, once we have done your trial and if you want to think about booking and not book on the day that is absolutely not a problem. The £20 pp you paid for the booking of the trial will be deducted from the total cost of the trial.
What are your travel costs?40 pence per mile on any travel over 30 miles from my home address.
CancellationsIn the unlikely event you need to cancel, the deposit will be lost. If it is less than 8 weeks full payment still required.
